Taiwanese Jade Oolong

Taiwanese Jade Oolong

A lightly oxidised green oolong tea sourced from Taiwan where the tea plants grow at high altitude.

Here the air is cold and crisp and the tea plants grow slowly producing a delicate oolong full of flavour. This jade oolong has lilac flower and peach blossom aromas and a light, smooth body.

Re-brew the leaves up to three or four times to enjoy new flavours with each infusion.

Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 85°C for 2-3 minutes.
